Opening- $25 million
Total- $150 million
I think it will be kind of like Lemony Snicket in the way that it will do really good on DVD...

I hope it might still do well around Christmas since it was made about it though I doubt it will do well in most 3D cinemas because of James Cameron's Avatar!
I wonder if Disney might plan a limited rerelease just in time for Oscar season?

No. 6 / A Christmas Carol / $626,014 / 25 days (30-11-2009) / Total $105,553,830 No. 6 / A Christmas Carol / $652,067 / 26 days (01-12-2009) / Total $106,205,897 No. 6 / A Christmas Carol / $600,413 / 27 days (02-12-2009) / Total $106,806,310 No. 5 / A Christmas Carol / $679,777 / 28 days (03-12-2009) / Total $107,486,087 No. 7 / A Christmas Carol / $1,925,000 / 29 days (04-12-2009) / Total $109,411,000 No. 4 / A Christmas Carol / $3,520,000 / 30 days (05-12-2009) / Total $112,931,000 No. 4 / A Christmas Carol / $2,075,000 / 31 days (06-12-2009) / Total $115,006,000
Fifth weekend with $7.2 million in North America.
First place in Italy with $4 million from 400 sites. "Disney's A Christmas Carol" grossed this $16.9 million from 5,400 screens in 46 countries.
USA - $115.0 million
Foreign - $118.2 million
Total - $233.2 million
There is still a very long way for the movie to get profit to Disney. With the big budget ($200 million) and the marketing budget (around $150 million) and the Train Tour event across the country.
