We are having a bit of a heatwave in the UK. I always think it's hilarious when it gets hot over here and we can't cope, It's even worse in Scotland. With our pale skin, hair and eyes we get close to spontaneously combusting when the sun comes out. One thing's for sure though, it's bringing the whole country together as we can't sleep for the heat. Everyone is grumpy and shattered together...... .......i love being British.

It's HORRENDOUS.

Ive never had an air condioner
Till this year(could never affird one)
So ive always had to cope with
This is how i did it
Wet my hair
Put towel on pillow and sleep
When u wake up wet hair again
Have a wet cold cloth close by
Wet wrist ankles and where hottest
Or put a frozen pop. Bottle of
Water in front of fan

Make sure frozen water bottle is in a
Dish that will hold condemsated water or use water proof mat and towel whatever u gave available
Water is the fastest thing i know of
That can cool a persob down
Here we r getting hot but also
Alot of rain in between
