Fan Flue Report

Who on here has struggled throught this flue
bombardment yet,
I think I just got over it (hopefully)
That's when I read Scarlett,
that's pretty well the only time I can
be still enough to read a thick book

I already got my last week, and I got the last shot of it around here.

So far where I live. 30 people have been killed by the flu..... :(

I hope everyone will be safe.... :?

Damn.

I was sick a few months ago. I had a cold. But I haven't been attacked by flu... yet.
It's actually pretty darn cold here now.

Hope everyone sick gets better soon!

i had it over Xmas and New Year.......it was HORRIBLE...this was the house that Xmas forgot......we had absolutely no Xmas...i had no birthday fun and New Year was just a day in bed doped up on meds :( We're still waiting to have Xmas day and i'm under instructions to keep the decorations up until we manage to have it.....but at this rate i reckon it'll be around Easter.......lol
It's a really horrible illness folks, so if you can have a flu jab you should seriously consider it........i refused mine and look where that got me......lol

Ya, I hate waiting in the office, filling papers out, and then getting the vaccination, but it's better than getting sick!

rumour has it vitamin D can help stave it off
I haven't tried it but those who have been taking
say they haven't gotten sick.....yet.....knock on wood
Worth a try if you don't have a sensitivity to it.

Ya, I find if I'm feeling under the weather
when I take that hour or so siesta that
really makes a difference on fighting all
that stuff going around
Need to rest when ya feel it coming on
