"Mike Hammer: Murder Takes All" stars Stacy Keach as Mike Hammer, Jim Carrey as Brad Peters and Lynda Carter as Helen Durant. It aired on CBS on May 21, 1989 and Jim Carrey looks young, dynamic and handsome!

Michael "Mike" Hammer is a fictional detective created by the American author Mickey Spillane in the 1947 book 'I, the Jury'. Several movies and radio and television series have been based on the books in the Hammer series. The actor most closely identified with the character has been Stacy Keach, who portrayed Hammer in three CBS television series, "Mickey Spillane's Mike Hammer", which ran from 19841987 and had a syndicated revival in "Mike Hammer, Private Eye" from 19971998. In the years between the Series several TV movies were made. "Mike Hammer: Murder Takes All" with Jim Carrey was the last TV movie.
