I can't imagine why anyone would make up fake pages myself....
Why do you think someone would do that?
I am sure if they do make up fake pages they must have a good reason...
Could be for business or could be for just plain ole fun something different... Different Stokes for Different Folks....lol :D

Hmm...I guess they like the attention a famous person gets. But its not fair to do this and they should be happy to be themselves. :) Also, I've just realised I can change the font colour!! I'm really excited now, haha!

ok. followed your three steps. this is the response I got. FROM: TheCaptain

TheCaptain, Sep 21 05:38 pm (PDT):
Hello,
As a policy, Twitter only processes impersonation reports from the user directly involved or someone legally authorized to act on their behalf. Once we receive a support ticket from either this person or their representation, we will work with them to resolve this matter.
Twitter is an opt-in service that allows its users to choose what content they receive. If you have a Twitter account, in addition to un-following a user (which will stop that user's Tweets from being delivered to your timeline), you also can block the user. Blocking will prevent a user from following you on Twitter or replying to you. You can block someone by following these instructions:
1. Log in to Twitter.com.
2. Visit the profile page of the person you'd like to block.
3. In the right-hand sidebar under the "Actions" section, click block.
You will see an "Undo" link on the profile you blocked in case you change your mind.
Thanks,
TheCaptain
