He's probably both..............everything and nothing.......whatever is expected of him...............whoever is expected of him..................

I'd imagine the hardest thing was (is?) keeping sight of Jimmy Eugene Carrey.........not Jim Carrey superstar.........

I'd imagine Jane is a great leveller though.........he's just dad to her.....and old bloke who dances funny and tries to embarrass her in front of her friends........

why on Earth do they ask him to say funny things??.......you get the absolute funniest stuff off the cuff and ad hoc..............
but 'being on' constantly can actually have a detrimental effect.......better to be quietly thoughful, then have a cracking punchline, than a diluted gag meister who frankly is predictable...........

Hell, Jim just wants to live his life.....good on him!!........

Wow, that's a revelation. I'm glad to know this. IMagine how traumatic it would have been if I'd know this AFTER we got married ..brr... JT is free to take him now.

It was often said in mass media that Jim is very boring in his private life. I read an interview with Renee and she said that Jim turned to be not so funny when being together without journalistes and photographers.

Really so. It's very difficult to stay always happy and funny. For example wen people are around me I am like a clown, seeming happy, funny and glad. But when I am alone I become boring for myself. I'm a showman. That's a common feature with Jim's one.
