that really helps to lift
since I watch my grandchildren
we watched a Shirley Temple movie
Absolutely enjoy the song:

i know this might sound strange but when i'm feeling blue i don't want uplifting music, i want the most depressing stuff......(except that suicidal emo stuff, i draw the line at that

) it's cathartic and being down is a part of life......as long as it's not depression we're talking about it's healthy to have 'off' days.

that's when John Rutter, Allegri,Elgar, Debussy, Satie and Faure come in

I like listening to jazz smooth , and bob Marley,patsy Cline,sometimes just instrumental music relaxing ocean sounds and sometime just some plain ole disco from the 80 s, all sometime r just random what ever feels right at the time
