Next movie in Toronto?

I read in a couple of places on the internet that Jim is filming a movie called Zoom, that will be filming this summer in Toronto.

I couldn't find anymore details about it, and have no clue as to what it's about. Does anyone know anything about this?

can you post where you read this information.... i live 30 minutes outside of toronto and i am currently working for The Toronto Film school where i have job placement at numerous film studios.....i would like to know if what you say is true...

I should have put a disclaimer in my post - NOT SURE IF THIS IS TRUE OR NOT

I read this in the IMDB database, and then saw someone on the French Jim Carrey website mentioning this as well.

But someone responded to the IMDB post and said that Tim Allen is in the movie Zoom, not Jim Carrey.

For all you Torontonians that got excited for nothing (including me) I apologize!

Maybe one day he'll want to come to Toronto and film a movie. That would be nice, wouldn't it?

If anything about this changes, I'll let you know.

Tim Allen had around five minutes of being really funny in Christmas With the Kranks (the Botox restaurant scene had me in stitches). But I don't think that was his fault, the script was really baaaaad.

Not that I want to belabour this point, but I wish Jim would come to Toronto to film his next movie.

What does LA have that Toronto doesn't????????
