More news concerning the "Me, Myself and Irene" film production was recently learned by Jim Carrey Online.
Principle photography for "MMI" wrapped on July 27. The specific release date for the film could not be verified, as Universal advised "next Summer" (Summer, 2000).
Concerning the stories surrounding Jim Carrey's involvement in shooting his own stunts. Carrey did do his own stunts up to a point. The riskier stunts were handled by Carrey's double, Pat Banta.
A quick note concerning the soundtrack. There is no word yet on what will comprise the album. However, sources say that the soundtrack "should be cutting edge," as one of the film's co-stars, Jerod "Big Tyme" Mixon is a Rap artist.
