Jim Carrey Filming Sonic in Vancouver

Now that Jim Carrey has finished his work on the first season of the upcoming series "Kidding", he's free to start the next project.
Production for "Sonic" has already started and Jim Carrey is one of the cast members who will stay in Vancouver later this month and throughout August and September, to film the movie.
He will play Dr. Robotnik a.k.a. Dr. Eggman, the villain of the game-based movie.
We can't wait to see the first look of him in character. Until then we have the first look of the official logo here:
