Today, "Dumb and Dumber" hits U.S shelves in the unrated 'New Line Home Entertainment Platinum Series'. It will be released on DVD and UMD Mini For PSP.
This new edition has more than 6 minutes of never before seen footage and 24 minutes of deleted scenes. 17 minutes of unseen scenes along with 2 alternative endings and a retrospective documentary. Included is the theatrical trailer and 2 'fake trailers' plus commentary by Jeff Daniels.

On widescreen and lasting 113 minutes this sees Jim pair with Jeff Daniels as two idiots who come into the possession of a briefcase containing ransom money, intended for Mob-connected kidnappers. Lauren Holly costars and Lloyd and Harry make a mad dash to return the briefcase. On the way the bumbling buddies attract hilarious trouble galore.
No doubt the extras included in this version will make it an attractive purchase for all Jim fans. Available now on DVD and UMD, it's one to investigate.
