Carrey in "A Small Miracle"
18 Oct 1997 According to The Hollywood Reporter, JIM CARREY will do a cameo appearance in the movie "A Small Miracle". The movie is based on John Irving's novel A PRAYER FOR OWEN MEANY and stars Ashley Judd and Oliver Platt.
The story revolves around two young friends whose relationship takes a twist when one accidentally kills the other's mother. Besides doing narrative work, Carrey will play the adult version of one of the friends at the film's beginning and end.
The filming of his part required only one day of filming, which was done in Nova Scotia, Wednesday, 8th.
Carrey is scheduled to add his narrative voice-over after principle photography is complete. The movie is said to be released in 1998.
