New Kidding Featurette - Breaking The Norm
21 Sep 2018

By Eva Araújo (Web correspondent)

The cool thing about a TV show is that through out the time the show is airing… you don't have to wait for the DVD set to see bonus features.

Recently Showtime, shared a video of Jim talking about a scene he shoot for "Kidding".

"Kidding is about trying to keep things in line, when there's just no possible way that they can be kept in line anymore.

That scene, the shaving my head scene, represents the break with the norm, it represents the opening that moment where you step through the door and go, "Okay it's too late now to step back."

The makeup was so incredible on this thing. They put a cap and then a hard cap and then another bald cap, and then a wig and hair, and every time we did that piece where I had shaved my head, I actually had to shave my head again, and go through that each time and get it right, make sure I did it right. It was so real that everybody fell for it didn't matter if you knew it or not, it was really beautifully done."

Don't miss the new episode titled 'Every Pain Needs A Name' of "Kidding" tomorrow on Showtime, 10 pm!
