Thank You. I took this in June and entered it in a photography contest at picture.com.

I'm browsing here often just because I find that pic so soothing.

The plants are lovely.................my dream is a rambling Victorian country garden, with wild dog-roses and ivy, lilac and butterflies and loads of wildlife..........and i'd like a pond to keep ducks.....2 geese and 2 disabled swans....(there's a British wildfowl charity which looks for safe, secure ponds, for swans with damaged wings and legs etc.......)......
and enough lawn to play 'kick about' on........oh.....and i'd have visiting badgers  ...........and i'd have a family of hedgehogs living under the shed...........
And the house would have loads of character with big Fench doors leading from a country kitchen out to this little piece of heaven.........sigh.........
lol.............i may live in the city...(ok it's a baby city by US standards.... ) but i guess i'm a country girl at heart.....lol

I have never won a photography contest before, but it's fun to try.
